Hi, I'm Lexie! I'm a Career Coach, HR Professional, and Therapist-in-Training. When it comes to navigating your career, trust me when I say -- I understand how overwhelming and frustrating it can feel. Most people often miss two key ingredients when it comes to their career search: the story they're telling themselves, and the story they're telling to prospective employers through their applications, resumes, networking, and interviews. What does it truly mean to tweak a resume? How do you network with strangers? Is there a way to make an application stand out and get seen? I'm a great fit for that job, why didn't I get a response? I keep getting rejections, why? Should I have said that in that interview?
